Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Ryotaro Uematsu (the "Operator") handles user information in the iOS app "pochipo" (the "App"). Please read this policy before using the App.

1. Information We Collect and How

You can use the App without creating an account or signing in. The Operator does not collect information that directly identifies an individual, such as name, address, or phone number.

However, the App uses "Google AdMob," an advertising service provided by Google LLC (USA), to display advertisements. AdMob and its partners may automatically collect the following types of information in order to display, optimize, and measure the performance of advertisements:

• Advertising identifier (the iOS IDFA / Identifier for Advertisers)
• Device information (device type, OS version, language settings, network information, IP address, etc.)
• Usage data such as ad impressions and taps

This information is collected and processed by AdMob (Google). The Operator does not directly hold or manage this information.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

The App stores certain settings, such as your best score, only in the local storage area on your device (AsyncStorage). This information is not sent to the Operator's servers or to any external party, and remains on your device. If you delete the App, this information is also deleted.

3. Purposes of Use

• Displaying, optimizing, and measuring the performance of advertisements through Google AdMob (including targeted advertising by third parties)
• Maintaining and improving the quality of the App

4. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

On iOS, in accordance with Apple's "App Tracking Transparency (ATT)" framework, the App displays a dialog asking for your permission before it uses the advertising identifier (IDFA) for tracking.

• If you allow tracking: personalized (targeted) advertisements based on your interests may be shown.
• If you do not allow tracking: non-tracking advertisements are shown. In either case, you can use the App as usual.

You can change your tracking permission at any time from the iOS "Settings" app → "Privacy & Security" → "Tracking."

5. Handling of Information by Third Parties (Google)

6. Opting Out of Personalized Ads

In addition to the ATT setting described above, you can limit ad personalization from the iOS "Settings" app → "Privacy & Security" → "Apple Advertising" and similar settings.

7. Use by Minors

The App is intended primarily for users aged 13 to 20. If a minor uses the App, please ensure it is used with the understanding of a parent or guardian.

8. Changes to This Policy

The Operator may change this policy without prior notice in response to changes in laws or the service. Any revised content takes effect when it is posted on this page.
